🚨 URGENT @USDOL just gutted PERM data transparency, making it easier for employers to bypass U.S. workers & abuse the system.🚨 Yesterday the DOL released the new Foreign Labor Certification performance Data. With it the DOL had made changes to the disclosure data that actively reduces public oversight, making it easier for employers to abuse the PERM process and replace U.S. workers The DOLs Changes: ❌️Removed Job Requirement Data – No education, experience, or skill details. Employers can now set unfairly high barriers to exclude qualified Americans. 🚫 No U.S. Worker Hiring Data – Did Americans apply? Were they considered? DOL erased the evidence. ❌️ No Foreign Worker Transparency – No visa details, no citizenship data, no employer history. Discriminatory hiring can now go unchecked. This undermines fair hiring, enables job market manipulation, and allows discrimination. @DOLOIG must investigate! I have reported my complaint to the OIG DOL I hope you all will do the same. I will FOIA the disclosure data every week if I have to until they publish the transparency Data again!
