About 4.5 Billion people are active internet users, of which 4 billion are active social media users. If you business isn't online, and you aren't on social media (especially for B2C), you're missing out MASSIVELY.

If you're not building muscle despite training, it's because of any or all of the following: 1. Not sleeping enough 2. Not eating enough food 3. Not eating enough protein 4. Program is no good (no progressive overload, too much/little volume, etc) Fix them all and it's impossible not to gain muscle.

If you have self-disipline and obsession with your art, it's almost impossible to fail. The world is too connected for there not to be a market for quality.
