Progress so far: - ~90% drop in low-quality restrictions (cases without self-serve resolution or failing our quality guardrails) - Much more efficient product flows now help the small % of users who do get restricted get unrestricted faster - Time to resolve 80% of user restrictions is down 94% since March - Customer satisfaction (CSAT) when restricted is up +20% YTD and at an all-time high — though we’re starting from a low baseline and know there’s still more to do - Progress will only accelerate, with several bigger initiatives yet to fully ramp.
