Every Growth team should have these things in place & organized:
- BD playbook
- PR materials (boilerplate, quotes, tagline, etc)
- Content templates (weekly recaps, visuals, etc)
- Brand/Co-marketing Guideline (tone of voice, forbidden words, co-marketing expectations, etc)
- Organizational chart (who does what in the team)
- Brand assets
- Written notes on the results of every past campaign
- Budget plan
