TRACERS IN ORBIT: FALCON 9 LANDS, SCIENCE MISSION BEGINS SpaceX has confirmed the successful deployment of both NASA TRACERS satellites, now in orbit to study how the Sun interacts with Earth’s magnetic shield. The mission will help scientists understand magnetic reconnection, how solar energy penetrates the magnetosphere, critical for predicting space weather impacts on Earth. Also on board: Bard, Epic Athena, REAL, LIDE, and Skykraft 4. Falcon 9's booster stuck the landing at LZ-4 with a sonic boom finale. Source: @SpaceX, @elonmusk
