in general, if you’ve gone through most of your life with positive feedback loops - friends, financial, professional - across multiple disciplines and audiences… and then your behavior changes rapidly and dramatically, and the vast majority of the feedback is negative… it’s generally a sign not that the world has a conspiracy against you, but rather, you’ve likely gone off your rocker worth not going messianic and tripling down but rather deeply consider the feedback and rejection i’ve seen this happen to multiple people I know over the years, and it’s not pretty to watch
