The Asia Foundation (TAF), a constant co-partner of George Soros's Open Society Foundation and major "Infodemic" censorship activist, was created by the CIA in 1954. In 1966, it got busted as a CIA cut-out, so the CIA helped it create a limited hangout, then funded it via USAID.
