Recently, when making cross-border transfers within the foreign exchange limit, banks in Hong Kong require virtual cards like ZA Bank and Wise to go to the counter. The bank will say that these cards have suspicions of stock trading and investment. I previously tried to transfer 10,000 USD and was rejected. In the end, using a regular bank card is still better; mobile transfers can go through smoothly.
