Not one MoU signed here is with a dummy/shell firm ➡️ TN was the first state to launch a dedicated footwear policy as early as 2022 with aim to attract investments of 20,000+ Crs ➡️ The govt setup dedeicated footwear parks (Sipcots) predominately in backward places like Ariyalur, Villupuram, Tindivanam Perambalur etc ➡️ Has setup exclusive desks in Taiwan, Vietnam to tap investments ➡️ The govt is working closely with TN Shoe Federation of India to lure investments. ‼️ We will have to wait & see how the USA Tariffs play out.
