Time-limited nature of these deals (eg 1 or 3 months) ensure capital is not locked up and investors have a chance to unwind with decision markets . Ever since I saw $MTN play out, I got massively hooked on futarchy but for capital allocation, based on publicly verifiable information that is less specific to an operator‘s ability (eg VC deals).
