Uranus in Gemini on the IC/ 4th cusp is highly significant as MSTR is the most prominent BTC treasury company in the world and Uranus is the natural significator for Bitcoin. Though there is no perfecting aspect between Mercury and 10th ruler Jupiter, we do see Mercury approaching the Sun for conjunction. At this point, the Sun is receiving Mercury in Leo, though Mercury is slow and still 19 degrees from the Sun. This shows that the committee at this point is well-disposed towards the idea. We also see 10th ruler Jupiter emplaced within the 5th house suggesting that the honor is within grasp of the equity. The Moon's next aspect is a sextile to the Sun with no prohibition in between. This is a favorable testimony for inclusion. Things get very interesting in this chart when we examine the place of the significators on September 12th, the likely announcement date for inclusion. On that day, Mercury has perfected its conjunction with the Sun (cazimi), now in Virgo with Mercury receiving the Sun this time. And both Mercury and the Sun perfect a sextile with exalted Jupiter on that same day.
