Most 777-200s, 757s, and 767s flown by US airlines are 25-29 years old, obviously these are incredibly well made planes to work this well for this long, but the lifespan of these planes is ending and it’s always better to leave one run on the mountain.
Why did we let our entire fleet get so old?
