From day one, my mission with Hybra has been super clear — building the public liquidity layer of HyperEVM, serving traders, LPs, and partners. To achieve this, having a professional and efficient BD lead is absolutely critical. That’s why I’ve been extremely selective with this role. We received many strong applications (huge thanks to everyone who applied 🙏) After working closely with @Sychype, I saw not only the way he pushes things forward with focus and energy, but also his rare ability to truly understand the needs of partners and connect them with Hybra’s mission — making sure Hybra’s mission actually translates into real value for partners and the ecosystem. His past experience in working with ecosystems gives him a unique perspective that perfectly fits what Hybra needs. In our conversations, it became clear that he deeply shares our philosophy: Hybra has never been about chasing FOMO, instead we focus on sustainable alignment, long-term collaboration, and growing side by side with our partners and community, that’s something I value a lot: we want people who come not blinded by hype, but guided by belief in the vision behind the protocol.
