Little known fact: until 10 days ago, blacklisted traders could still trade on GoonFi by bypassing the blacklist check since it didn't verify that accounts[6] == program_address(["blacklist", trader], PGRM_ID) Based on my observation, the latest program update adds a ~10 bp execution penalty to blacklisted accounts but still allows them to trade.
