Well we know it’s not the first time, he does speak English, but he normally refuses to speak it in front of the press. There are many rumors as to why - namely strategic. But, it’s certainly notable that he said something on a public hot mic in English. It’ll fuel the conspiracy theories of body doubles though 😂
