You need to know that to avoid being scammed! Just 3d ago, One_Decision was hacked. He lost access to his X account and all of his wallets were drained. Scammers already dropped the post on his X with a suspicious link.... So here're the main tips to avoid scams: // Links and Apps Quite often, you may be receive various links, whether to docs, project websites and etc. In 99% of cases, this could be a malicious link, so under no circumstances should you click on links or download any apps from an unknown sender. // Beware of "Too Good to Be True" Offers You may also receive various offers to test applications or games, promising you huge earnings for 1-4 hours of work per day. This could also be a scam, so never agree to it and don't use apps that people try to push on you. // Don't interact with unknown tokens A couple of months ago, an unknown wallet sent me some tokens, and my portfolio suddenly increased by +$10k. I didn't do anything with them, as often, if you interact with unknown tokens, you can lose your funds. Or you may not notice that you are signing a transaction for a swap where you will pay 4 figures for gas. Additionally I wanna add a list of rules on this topic by @splinter0n Take the time to read all these rules to avoid yourself.

***SCAM WARNING*** not want to lose your money? here some tips that can help you: > wallet drained = stop everything, investigate first > treat x ads with caution (scammers buy promo slots too) > don’t approve txs you don’t understand > use @Rabby_io + @PocketUniverseZ + @ethos_network extensions > use separate wallets + different networks for holding + daily actvities > never use a CEX address for airdrops > don’t keep all funds on one CEX (they freeze accounts) > seed phrase = only offline + only handwritten > don't try to sell your @ tag for TON at telegram > do not download / install any type of files > consider hiding your real location with proxy / VPN > lock down your social media privacy settings (DMs, invites, tags, etc) > if an offer sounds too good, pause and think twice > always check domain spelling = fake sites mimic real ones > "support team" in DMs = 100% scam > if fren asks for crypto fast = call him, ask for video approve > avoid touching "airdrops" that suddenly appear in wallet (dusting scams) > don’t trust screenshots as proof (easy to fake) > scammers buy old x accounts to look legit = always dig deeper > never rush to mint / claim / buy / transfer > avoid copy-trading wallets you don’t fully verify > remember that even legit sites can be hacked > fake accounts often copy real usernames with tiny edits > clipboard malware replaces wallet address (double check after pasting) > deepfakes now mimic founder voices + video (don’t trust on face) > scam tokens simulate tx activity with fake transfers > phishing emails now bypass spam by spoofing known senders here's what i remembered. what cases did i forget to add to this list? share in comments.
