I don’t talk often enough about what goes on in my ecosystem, partly out of fear it might come across as distasteful. I know many artists who share this mindset. But I’ve been doing this long enough to know that if you’re not talking about your work, no one else will, unless there’s a hugely compelling reason for them to. That reason grows over time. It’s an investment in the art, the artist, the vision. It might sound basic, but it’s worth acknowledging. If you share this same mindset, I think it’s a disservice not to talk about your wins. Every sale should be celebrated. Every new hand that discovers your work should feel seen and welcomed. I’m not saying you need to individually track down and tag new holders, but a broad post or update that lets them know they’ve been noticed, while also giving others insight into how the ecosystem is moving, is valuable, and we should treat it that way. If you’ve made something you’re proud of, but then go silent on the activity surrounding it, you’re not giving it the energy and love it truly deserves. Be loud about your work. Be excited to share updates. Every new post is a lottery ticket, and an opportunity to connect. All of that to say: Skull Season has found 11 new hands since the mint closed a couple of weeks ago. As a result, the floor now sits at 0.145E with only 6 listed, a 122% increase for those that saw the vision, and decided to support. Thank you to those who held until it was time to pass the torch, and to the new holders. Welcome to Odiville
