The World Humanoid Robot Games are about to begin, with Unitree humanoid runners training hard — and running blazingly fast. The 2025 Games feature three competition categories: 1. Athletic Events (10): 100m, 400m, 1500m, 4×100m relay, 100m hurdles, standing long jump, vertical jump, floor gymnastics, 3v3 football, and 5v5 football, testing high-speed stability, adaptability, explosive power, precision control, and multi-robot coordination. 2. Performance Events (4): Solo dance, group dance, martial arts, and improvisation, focusing on real-time whole-body coordination and group synergy. 3. Scenario Events (7): From material handling in factories to drug sorting in hospitals, and cleaning or reception services in hotels, evaluating fine operational skills and intelligence in real-world applications.
