youre not changing anything in the world by supporting institutions building their own L1s how or why will they decentralize this? what is their incentive to run this chain? what is my incentive to use it as a user for the tradeoffs it has? why should i support this? its not "onchain" if its a centralized corporate L1 .. its on a database .. like every other permissioned corporate customer record/account
