First to the rumor creates the market, assuming you have the distribution to drive the liquidity. - "Will Stripe launch a chain by November?" - "Will Stripe chain be EVM?" - "Will Stripe chain get a token?" Most markets will stay niche inside their communities. But some will breakout and become massive.. 100x bigger than any permissioned prediction market could ever get.
