@wabuffo @lipko @pivotclearr Actually I owe you an apology. In this episode, the threshold level was hit in 2000 not 1999, so yes this was due to lower consumption. All the other post 1950 threshold hits were first inflation surge, hikes then consumption falls except for the above period.
