Ramp and Brex are the closest thing you have for an A/B test of a remote versus in-person team executing against the same market opportunity.
Stark difference.
Anyway if you believe full remote companies are somehow inferior in business results go ahead and invest in in-person competitors of Shopify, Airbnb, GitHub & GitLab, Grafana, Coinbase etc.
(Some happen to be market leaders in their market btw - eg GitHub, Coinbase!)
