The Israeli Air Force carried out a precision strike earlier against a tent located near the Al-Shifa Hospital in the Northern Gaza Strip, targeting the tent’s occupants, which included Al Jazeera journalists Anas Jamal Al-Sharif and Mohammed Quraiqa, as well as at least five other members of the Al Jazeera correspondent team in Gaza. Israel had previously accused Al-Sharif of being an active member of Hamas’ military wing, releasing documents captured during operations in Gaza which contained his name and other details under Hamas’ East Jabaliya Battalion.
