the original spark for @calcom came from a marketplace i was running during covid to help remote engineers find work connecting talent and companies was easy but scheduling interviews was absolute chaos none of the available tools could handle what marketplaces or tech teams needed and the pain point was so obvious i couldnt ignore it  when you feel a problem you know you have to try and build the fix
