I love @Ethereum. It’s the reason I discovered crypto, but more importantly it’s the reason I stayed. Ethereum represents everything I believe the original ethos of crypto stands for: decentralization enabling censorship resistance, allowing anyone to do anything. Ethereum’s decentralization is the most important aspect of the system and (probably) the only valuable part. We cannot change this to make Ethereum more performant. Perhaps we will ‘lose’ this way, and Ethereum will fade into irrelevance. If so, that’s just the market’s way of telling us we were wrong, and society didn’t need us (yet).
