This is different from centralized custodial solutions. ‣ User Experience: Fiamma emphasizes a smooth, user-friendly experience with one-click deposit and easy on-ramping for both crypto and non-crypto users. ‣ Non-Custodial: Users maintain control of their Bitcoin, with a focus on trustless interaction, meaning no centralized control of funds. Technology: ‣ Bitcoin Virtual Machine (BVM): This breakthrough allows Bitcoin to verify actions on the chain, ensuring a trust-minimized approach to bridging and using Bitcoin in DeFi. ‣ Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs): Fiamma employs ZKPs to enable Bitcoin to verify transactions securely without exposing the underlying data, ensuring privacy and scalability. Security: ‣ Isolated Safe Architecture: Each user’s funds are stored separately in their own wallet, making it harder for hackers to steal large sums of Bitcoin. ‣ Decentralization: Fiamma ensures there is no single point of failure, unlike traditional centralized wrapped Bitcoin solutions, reducing the risks of hacks or malicious activity. Aptos Integration: ‣ Fiamma is integrated with @hyperion_xyz on Aptos, providing a decentralized exchange (DEX) for BTC users. ‣ The goal is to make Bitcoin more accessible on Aptos by offering native Bitcoin integration, providing opportunities for yield farming and lending directly on Aptos. User Acquisition & Adoption: ‣ Fiamma plans to onboard more users by focusing on retail adoption first, making it easy for anyone to start using Bitcoin in DeFi. ‣ The project has already garnered over 300K users and 6 million transactions in its testnet phase. Future Goals: ‣ App Launch: Fiamma is launching an app to streamline the entire process of earning, borrowing, and using Bitcoin in DeFi with just a few clicks. ‣ Partnerships and Incentives: The project aims to expand its ecosystem by partnering with various DeFi protocols and offering incentives for early users and liquidity providers.
