The token gets distributed post-TGE, but I assume both are done by end of September.
It's not rocket science - a subsidized farm is always a farm worth taking, and sc risk I'd assume is minimal here since it *seems* to be using a standard Synthetix reward streaming contract that was the standard almost 5 years ago.
Bear in mind that these are the alignment scores and current TVL APRs.

here's how this yarm thing works basically
1. choose the Yarmer to deposit your USDC (Mainnet and BSC) with, can get there using jumper and/or metamatcha or @okutrade
2. they will yap FOR YOU and also for their own bags (i deposited 10k btw, just so you know)
3. the APR is subsidized, so its high
4. withdrawals not enabled yet, they will be in 7 days from now and i assume these lock cycles will be 7 days for each
