Tuesday December 16 we’ll get two important NFP reports for October and November, delayed due to the shutdown. Even if the Fed sounds hawkish on rate cuts, they gave themselves flexibility by setting the unemployment threshold at 4.4%. The problem? 👉 We’re already at 4.4%. So for me, the Fed basically said: “Guys, the smallest uptick in unemployment, and we’ll cut rates more.”
