It's very clear we're speeding up, not slowing down.
More important than ever to not bury your head in the sand (it's all going to be turned into silicon anyway).
Two things are true:
1 - AI can make really silly coding mistakes, the floor is probably still much lower than it is for human engineers
2 - AI is already capable of writing ~100% of your code if you learn to use it well, and you'll be 5-10x more productive
