Alexander Acosta, Donald Trump’s former Labor Secretary, not only entered into a non-prosecution agreement (NPA) with Jeffrey Epstein but also withheld the sweetheart deal from Epstein’s victims. I am introducing the Epstein Crime Victims Act, which requires federal prosecutors to disclose NPAs to crime victims. If the federal government fails to disclose, victims should have the right to sue.
