I've been saying this for a while - if you win payroll you win the user
I'd like for each paycheck to have:
x%: Crypto Exchange or Wallet
y%: Bank
Similar to how I can opt-in a certain % of paycheck for 401k, would like to see same for payroll routing

A lot of US banks are now pushing back on GENIUS because they are worried about competitors being able to offer yielding/reward-based dollar deposits. US banks are very unlikely to see churn from this IMO until payroll can be done direct to wallet.
The real loser from GENIUS is the monetary sovereignty of every country outside the G10 who are about to have their currencies nuked by USD stablecoin adoption.
