Law and econ adherents care little about the actual law. Most L&E people detest the law and the controlling jurisprudence (eg, mergers & RPA). They desire our world to be unilaterally controlled by a cabal of immoral technocrats. Overall, it’s an authoritarian-enabling ideology.
