Investing/speculating should not be motivated by extremely selfish desires, nor by helplessness, or even by seemingly noble goals. The only right reason to invest/speculate is that you love it. Only with love, you can persist in pain again and again, you can be happy in the process without caring about the so-called "goal", and still insist on learning in the boring and deserted market. Only love can withstand the long years.
